- To provide the core functionality of the "Visual Journal."
- To authenticate your identity via Resend API.
- To store your daily photos in our secure R2 Cloud Storage.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your photos for advertisements or machine learning training.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Images: Your photos are stored using Cloudflare R2 encrypted storage.
- Database: Your account information is stored in a secure MySQL database.
- Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request data deletion at any time.

We use the following third-party providers to help run piclr:
- Resend: For sending authentication OTP emails.
- Cloudflare: For secure image hosting and CDN services.
6. Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
- Camera/Gallery: To allow you to capture and upload your 4 daily photos.
- Internet Access: To sync your journal with our servers.
